Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions (IT / Non-IT).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment drives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to screen profiles and assess candidate suitability.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ATS tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
