- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for real estate positions (sales, leasing, CRM, construction, finance, marketing, etc.)
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, and walk-ins
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Schedule and manage interviews, follow-ups, and feedback
- Drive bulk hiring for sales/site teams when required
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future needs
- Ensure recruitment practices align with HR policies and compliance standards
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
