Job Description: HR Recruiter
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter / HR Executive with basic HR knowledge, strong communication skills, and good computer proficiency. The candidate will be responsible for identifying job vacancies across the market, coordinating with HR departments of various companies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify job vacancies and manpower requirements in companies across the market
- Communicate and coordinate with HR departments and company representatives
- Understand job roles and conduct job analysis as per client requirements
- Source candidates through various channels
- Review applications, screen resumes, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic / virtual / in-person)
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment records, reports, and candidate databases
- Handle the complete recruitment process from sourcing to final selection
Required Skills:
- Basic HR and recruitment knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Good command over language with professional communication ability
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, email, basic online tools)
- Ability to interact confidently with candidates and HR professionals
- Good organizational and coordination skills
Qualifications:
- Any Graduation
- Computer knowledge is mandatory
- Strong language and professional communication skills
