Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
  • Source candidates through job portals, references, campus drives, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters.
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
  • Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS reports.
  • Build talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • MS Office proficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
