Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, campus drives, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Prepare and issue offer letters.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS reports.
- Build talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
