WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

The Sr. HRIS & Compensation Analyst at Generous Brands, Inc. will be under the direction of the HRIS & Compensation Manager. The position is responsible for assisting in advanced reporting, analysis, data entry, and compensation. The successful candidate focuses on designing, analyzing, and supporting Generous Brands compensation programs to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with business strategy.
  • Develop knowledge of areas of systems pertaining to data entry and reporting.
  • Ensure HRIS systems comply with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Maintain appropriate user access levels and security roles.
  • Develop ad-hoc and standardized reports as requested by customer groups.
  • Develop strong knowledge of data entry process and procedures.
  • Develop complex reports and perform data analysis.
  • Assist in developing and conducting training for users on HRIS systems.
  • Ensure that system integrity is never compromised by performing data entry audits and security maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain company policies in ADP.
  • Develop a working knowledge of systems to understand and address basic issues that occur within the databases.
  • Provide compensation analysis for hourly & salaried positions.
  • Recommend pay ranges or grades based on internal equity and external market competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, Pay Transparency, Equal Pay Act).
  • Conduct pay equity analysis and identify corrective actions.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to provide compensation guidance.
  • Advise managers and leaders on pay decisions, policies, and practices.
  • Work closely with the Payroll and Information Technology teams.
  • Development and data gathering relating to EEO, Pay Data Reporting and other compliance-related reporting and projects.
  • Creating and maintaining tracking tools to monitor employee records and accomplishments.
  • Work cross functionally within the Human Resources team on projects and routine tasks as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and at least 4+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources Information Systems.
    • Adept to handle confidential information.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to comprehend and analyze data.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • The ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary software applications.
  • Available for occasional travel as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist.
  • Lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight.
  • Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.

HOURS & WORKDAYS:

1st (8:00am-5:00pm) Monday through Friday, when business requires before/after hours will be mandatory.
