Sr. HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and cooling towers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in refrigeration cycles, compressors, controls, and electrical panels.
• Monitor system performance and ensure all HVAC systems are running optimally and efficiently.
• Maintain service logs, daily reports, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for spares and AMC support where required.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new HVAC equipment or upgrades.
• Follow safety protocols and SOPs during maintenance activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• 3–7 years of experience in HVAC operation & maintenance, preferably in industrial / commercial setups.
• Hands-on experience with equipment from Blue Star, Kirloskar, Voltas, Trane, Daikin, Carrier, Frick, etc.
• Good understanding of refrigeration cycles, chiller systems, and PLC/relay logic (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, P&ID drawings, and control diagrams.
• Willing to be based at our Pawne MIDC plant, and available for emergency breakdowns if required.
