With already more than 250 Employees, Técnicas Reunidas has set a permanent Operations Office in Istanbul from which it will not only develop engineering activities for projects inside Turkey but also for projects worldwide in collaboration with main headquarters in Madrid (Spain). In fact, in the first 5 months since Técnicas Reunidas İstanbul started, Engineering Activities have been developed from referred office for more than 40 different projects and proposals worldwide from 20 different countries, which stands as remarkable sign of work and workload stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instrumentation design including 3D/2D modeling, wiring, and hook-up activities.
• Instrument / Junction Box (JB) modeling using SP3D, PDS, AVEVA, and/or AutoCAD 3D.
• Cable tray modeling including tray supports with SP3D, PDS, AVEVA, and/or AutoCAD 3D.
• Trench and duct bank routing using SP3D, PDS, AVEVA, and/or AutoCAD 3D.
• Preparation of electronic instrument layouts, pneumatic layouts, and main cable tray routing layouts.
• Extraction of 2D drawings from 3D models.
• Wiring setup for instruments and control/safety systems in SPI-INTools.
• Creation of loop diagrams and termination diagrams in SPI.
• Preparation of instrument segment diagrams (Foundation Fieldbus).
• Instrument installation drawings.
• Preparation of junction box schedules, cable schedules, and drum schedules.
• Control room cable routing and equipment layout design.
• Cable block diagrams.
• Bulk Material Take-Off (MTO) for cables, junction boxes, and hook-up items.
• Hook-up assignments and drawings generation.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with SP3D, AVEVA, PDS, and/or AutoCAD 3D (equipment, cable way, drawing consoles).
• Proficiency in Smart Plant Review (SPR).
• Experience with SPI-IN Tools (Index, Wiring, Loop, Hook-Up Modules, Document Binder, Browser, and EDE).
• Skilled in AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Knowledge of PDMS and Navisworks software.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, or Petrochemical sectors.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, API, ISA, IEC.
