Sr Interior Designer/Architect

About the Role

A growing start-up in the design & build space, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer / Architect to lead client projects, presentations, and material selections. This role requires a creative professional with strong sales acumen and client-handling skills, who can manage end-to-end design execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design interior spaces aligned with client requirements.
• Prepare, present, and pitch design concepts to clients with confidence.
• Conduct client meetings and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage material selection, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models using required software.
• Stay updated with market trends, new materials, and design innovations.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales orientation with the ability to convert design presentations into client approvals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently handle client meetings and close deals.
• In-depth knowledge of materials and their applications.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

Software Proficiency

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate or Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Interior Designing.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
