Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience ( 5 + years) in progressively responsible IT operations, strategy, or business relationship roles
Proficient understanding of enterprise IT functions, including infrastructure, applications, service delivery, and finance.
Proficient understanding of resource management, procurement processes, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals
Demonstrated ability to operate independently, exercise judgment in ambiguous situations, and translate technical and operational concepts into business ‑ aligned insights and actions.
Preferred Experience
Industry certifications
Other skills and experiences considered to be a plus
Understanding of IT service management frameworks and service delivery processes.
Familiarity with Agile/Lean IT Practices
Experience with Enterprise Tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI/Tableau

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Min to Max Range:
$77,800.00 - $146,100.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
