Sr. IT Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. HR Executive with 5–8 years of experience in handling end-to-end Hard Core Recruitment and HR Operations.

The ideal candidate should have:

Good Hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT hiring, payroll processing, HRMS management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
  • Source candidates through different job portals
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Manage offer rollout and pre-joining formalities

2. HR Operations

  • Manage onboarding and induction process for new hires
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle employee file management and compliance-related documentation

3. Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Process monthly payroll in coordination with finance
  • Manage leave records and attendance system
  • Ensure accuracy in salary inputs, deductions, and reimbursements

4. HRMS Management

  • Manage and update HRMS portal (experience with GreytHR is an added advantage)
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee data in the system
  • Generate HR reports as required

5. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities
  • Address employee queries and support grievance handling
  • Promote a positive work culture

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment

Attention to detail

Time management and prioritization

Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
