Sr. Landscape/Irrigation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager – Landscape & Irrigation to oversee high-end commercial and residential projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of landscape construction, irrigation systems, and project lifecycle management, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale landscaping and irrigation projects.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
• Supervise site execution, ensuring adherence to design and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Implement efficient irrigation solutions with water conservation in mind.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all sites.
• Resolve site issues and proactively manage project risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering.
• 15+ years of proven experience in landscape and irrigation project management
• Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, irrigation systems, and horticulture
• Proficient in project management tools (Primavera/MS Project/AutoCAD)
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• GCC experience and a valid driving license are highly preferred.
