Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Leading the development of landscape concepts, master planning, and detailed designs for public realms, parks, resorts, and residential projects.
- Project Management: Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously from concept through to construction. This includes managing schedules, budgets, and resources to meet financial goals.
- Technical Documentation: Preparing and reviewing technical packages, including planting plans, irrigation designs, grading strategies, and construction details.
- Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborating with architects, civil engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) specialists, and environmental consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and authorities, leading presentations, and managing contract administration.
- Mentorship: Guiding and supervising junior and mid-level designers, fostering their professional growth, and maintaining high design standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Typically 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 to 5 years specifically in the UAE/GCC.
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in Revit (BIM) is increasingly mandatory for large projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture.
