About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Laravel Developer with 5 - 6 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-quality applications, possesses strong technical and communication skills, and is capable of owning complex projects end-to-end. This is a full-time onsite role ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain advanced web applications using Laravel, PHP (Core & MVC), MySQL, and modern JavaScript.
• Deliver robust, scalable, and production-grade solutions independently.
• Implement and enforce design patterns such as Repository, Service Layer, and SOLID principles.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, 3rd-party services, and microservices-based systems.
• Work with ReactJS and other modern frontend technologies for full-stack development.
• Collaborate using Git workflows, conduct peer code reviews, and manage tasks via Jira.
• Write and maintain PHP Unit test cases to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Manage application deployment and maintenance on Linux server environments.
• Communicate effectively with international clients, gather requirements, and provide clear technical recommendations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers when necessary.Requirements:

• 5 -6 years of professional development experience with a strong focus on Laravel and PHP.
• Proven ability to independently complete complex projects without senior supervision.
• Deep understanding of MySQL, database architecture, and query optimization.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations.
• Solid experience with ReactJS and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong command of Git, branching strategies, and Jira project management.

• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code following best practices and SOLID principles.
• Experience working in Linux environments and managing application deployments.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Key Competencies Ability to take full ownership of projects and deliver without dependency.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams including product, design, and QA
• .High attention to detail with a mindset for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Nice to Have Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment processes.
