Sr. Lead HR & OD

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and align all HR & OD functions with Group strategy
  • Design and drive the Organizational Development framework across Qadri Group (Core)
  • Lead end-to-end Performance Management System — KPIs, quarterly evaluations, PMS policy execution (Core)
  • Develop, revise and issue Job Descriptions, KRAs & KPIs for all positions through ERP (Core)
  • Plan and execute the annual Training Calendar based on TNA and performance evaluations (Core)
  • Lead Succession Planning and workforce risk assessment for critical roles
  • Re-engineer business processes and SOPs; act as custodian of all departmental policies
  • Conduct and analyse Employee Engagement & Satisfaction surveys
  • Review increments, promotions and compensation structures annually

What we're looking for:

  • MBA/MPA in HR or equivalent; CHRM/CIPD certification preferred
  • 08–10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing industy
