Key responsibilities:
- Lead and align all HR & OD functions with Group strategy
- Design and drive the Organizational Development framework across Qadri Group (Core)
- Lead end-to-end Performance Management System — KPIs, quarterly evaluations, PMS policy execution (Core)
- Develop, revise and issue Job Descriptions, KRAs & KPIs for all positions through ERP (Core)
- Plan and execute the annual Training Calendar based on TNA and performance evaluations (Core)
- Lead Succession Planning and workforce risk assessment for critical roles
- Re-engineer business processes and SOPs; act as custodian of all departmental policies
- Conduct and analyse Employee Engagement & Satisfaction surveys
- Review increments, promotions and compensation structures annually
What we're looking for:
- MBA/MPA in HR or equivalent; CHRM/CIPD certification preferred
- 08–10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing industy
