We are leading Recruiter Firm in Kolkata and we have an urgent requirement Sr. Legal Advisor for our client company.

Job Description:

Position: Sr. Legal Advisor

Education:- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

Responsibility:

Provide expert legal advice and counsel to the organization on a variety of legal matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration.
Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments to address legal concerns and support business objectives.
Lead and mentor junior legal staff and provide guidance on complex legal issues.
Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the organization’s interests.

Experience: 5 years – 15 years

Salary: 5 LPA – 12 LPA (Negotiable)

Location: Kolkata
