Job Description
- Draft, review, and vet a wide range of legal documents including Retail Agency Agreements, Franchise Agreements, MoUs, Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, and Service Level Agreements .
- Conduct property title due diligence, calculate stamp duty, and manage registration processes .
- Represent the company in contract negotiations, ensuring legal compliance and safeguarding company interests .
- Handle litigations and provide legal opinions on corporate, property, and regulatory matters .
- Manage legal metrology issues, draft applications, and ensure product labeling compliance .
- Liaise with internal departments and external counsels to resolve legal queries .
- Attend court proceedings, develop company policies, and coordinate with government bodies on legal and tender-related matters .
