Sr. Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues in machines (e.g., toggle/clamp system, barrel/heater bands, robotics).
• Ensure minimum downtime and maximize machine availability.
• Maintain documentation of machine history, spares inventory, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for maintenance planning.
• Ensure adherence to safety and TPM/5S practices in maintenance activities.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement in equipment performance and energy efficiency.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of injection molding machines (e.g., Arburg, Haitian, Toshiba, etc.).
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and basic electrical systems.
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.

Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5–7 years in plastic injection molding maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
