Sr. Maintenance Engineer

Experience : 4 to 5 Years

1. Responsible to maintenance spare regular parts, Responsible for the maintenance of DG and compressor

2. Zero Machine Break Downs and Mechanical Maintenance break down responsibilities.

3. Hydraulics & Pneumatics problem solving knowledge.

4. Robots & PLC troubleshooting & Problem solving

5. Yaskawa & Fanuc robot troubleshooting & problem solving

6. PLC – Mistibushi & Delta troubleshooting & problem solving

7. Electrical Panel control wiring

8. Maintenance & troubleshoot of welding fixture, pipe bending tools, Flaring & squeezing tools.

9. Handle breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, CBM, TBM and predictive maintenance of the machines.

10. Knowledge of Audits like IATF 16949, EHS, Momentum of India

11. Hands on experience of welding shop equipment such as MIG welding robot, CNC pipe bending machine, Leakage testing machine, SPM machines, MIG welding machine of Fronius and OTC make.
