Sr. Manager Accounts & Finance

Incumbent with real estate experience of 10+ yrs will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. Your deep knowledge of real estate finance, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks will be essential in driving the financial success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide financial insights to support real estate acquisitions, sales, and project development.
• Monitor financial risks and opportunities .
• Prepare and oversee annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for the projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct due diligence.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, MIS, and P&L analysis.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, and financial compliance.
• Implement cost-control measures and optimize financial efficiency
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and real estate-specific compliance.
• Develop internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Qualifications:

B. Com / M. Com / MBA -Finance / CA with strong knowledge of real estate finance, taxation, and regulatory requirements.

Expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, and risk assessment.

Experience in fundraising, debt restructuring, and capital markets.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (FARVISION preferable)

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
