Sr. Manager Accounts (Real Estate Background)

OZ Developers is a rapidly growing real estate development company known for delivering innovative and reliable residential and commercial projects. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager – Accounts to lead our finance operations at Bahria Orchard Phase 4.

Position Overview

The Senior Manager – Accounts will oversee the complete financial cycle, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights directly to the CEO. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and ledger management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws, corporate regulations, and internal controls
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Review project costings, revenue recognition, and financial feasibility reports
• Provide data-driven financial insights to support the CEO in strategic decision-making
• Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

• 7–8 years of professional accounting experience, specifically within the real estate or construction sector
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA/ICMA preferred)
• Strong command of financial reporting, taxation, and ERP/accounting software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• High level of integrity and professionalism
