About the Role
We are looking for a senior brand and marketing leader to lead the company's marketing department and creative function. This role combines strategic oversight of the overall marketing operation with direct responsibility for brand identity, creative production, PR, and influencer management. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to manage creative output, media relationships, and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the overall marketing and branding strategy across all projects and sub-brands
- Approve content direction, campaign budgets, and strategic plans across all functions
- Lead weekly reviews with team leads and ensure cross-functional alignment across digital, creative, and communications
- Maintain brand identity and tone of voice consistency across all channels and content formats
- Oversee the Branding & Creative team, managing day-to-day output of design, video, photography, and written content
- Review and approve creative briefs, content calendars, and assets before publication
- Draft and oversee distribution of press releases and manage relationships with key media outlets
- Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships in line with campaign objectives
- Brief influencers, coordinate content deliverables, and track performance against agreed targets
- Support crisis communications and manage the brand's external narrative where required
- Plan and oversee company events, activations, and property launches, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors
- Report on marketing performance and brand outcomes to senior management
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in brand and marketing management, preferably in real estate or property
- Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams including creative, digital, and communications
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and content ecosystems
- Experience in PR, media relations, and influencer marketing
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and CRM platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
