AdAction’s demand organization is growing rapidly as advertisers across gaming and non-gaming verticals increasingly adopt high-intent and incremental traffic sources. As adoption of our rewarded inventory and next-generation monetization solutions continues to grow, we are seeking a results-driven business development leader to expand our advertiser partnerships.
The Senior Business Development Manager (Demand) will lead new advertiser acquisition and revenue growth across key verticals including Gaming, Fintech, Market Research, Shopping, and Utilities. This role is well-suited for someone who excels at building trusted partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and scaling advertiser relationships.
You will manage the full demand-side sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution, applying your expertise in mobile performance marketing and advertiser KPIs to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Identify, engage, and close new advertiser relationships across targeted verticals
Contribute to advertiser strategy, product feedback, and market positioning initiatives
4+ years of experience in mobile advertising, performance marketing, user acquisition, or demand-side ad tech sales
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and industry events
