Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a compelling brand identity and positioning that resonates with our target audience, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, collateral, and presentations.
  • Develop, execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital marketing, PPC, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, PR, events, webinars, and more as required.
  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans aligned with the company's growth objectives and market positioning, to drive revenue growth and brand recognition.
  • Be MQL and budget-driven.
  • Must have expertise in lead generation and nurturing activities, including demand generation campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and conversion optimization, to generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth.
  • Be process driven - Plan/Budget/Report/Analyse/Improve.
  • Hire, guide and maintain a high-performing marketing team.
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources and deliver measurable return on investment (ROI).
  • Maintain a clean and updated CRM.
  • Maintain a perfectly running and updated website.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, optimize lead handoff processes, and enhance sales enablement materials.
  • Understand and develop ICPs and customer personas for target markets for Software and SaaS business models.
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, industry reports and any relevant speaking engagements.
  • Collaborate with our external agencies, partners, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and expand our reach.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry stakeholders, influencers, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and expand market reach.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in senior B2Bmarketing roles, in the software industry, preferably SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns in a technology/SaaS environment with measurable ROIs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
  • Successfully executed demand generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM/PPC strategies, and conversion optimization, to generate and nurture qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth.
  • Should have led a content team with content strategy and execution.
  • Should have lead participation in industry events.
  • Should have effectively monitored and reported on key marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse marketing metrics and make data-backed decisions.
  • Proficiency marketing automation platforms- Zoho and Hubspot.

  • Experience in conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Should have a database of vendors required for executing marketing projects like films/merchandise/events.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SaaS and technology industry trends.
