Senior Manager – Digital Marketing (Real Estate Industry)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to lead our digital strategy and drive qualified lead generation for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities1️ Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan project-specific lead generation campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize ROI.
2️ Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Handle Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, YouTube campaigns.
- Drive high-quality leads through paid campaigns.
- Monitor CPL (Cost Per Lead) and improve conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with sales & presales teams for lead quality feedback.
3️ SEO & Website Management
- Oversee SEO strategy (on-page & off-page).
- Monitor website performance, landing pages, and lead forms.
- Improve organic rankings and traffic.
4️ Social Media & Branding
- Develop content strategy for social platforms.
- Manage brand positioning across digital channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging.
5️ Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track KPIs: CPL, ROI, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite.
6️ Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, and content teams.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and creatives.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience in real estate lead generation.
- Good understanding of CRM integration.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics & performance tracking.
- Budget management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications.
- MBA in Marketing (preferred).
Experience Required
- 6–10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 5+ years in real estate industry (preferred).
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns.
