Sr. Manager HR

About Us:

We are a growing and innovation-driven organization seeking a Sr. HR Manager with at least 5 years of professional experience. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can strategically align HR initiatives with business goals, manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, HR operations, and foster a high-performance, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives and legal compliance.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring effective workforce planning and attracting top-tier candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle—onboarding, training & development, engagement, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and performance coaching.
• Monitor and manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and HR budgets to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to guide strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement through initiatives, surveys, and team-building activities.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the tech, software, or services sector.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, compensation & benefits, and talent management.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive HR initiatives that align with strategic business objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
