POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a Senior Manager of People Experience to bring our people strategy to life through dynamic culture-building, thoughtful engagement programs and world-class employee experiences across the globe. You'll be part of the People & Culture team, serving as a culture champion, experience architect, project guru and trusted partner to our North America Sales Team and Global HQ staff. RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Business Partnership:
- Act as a junior HR Business Partner to the President of North America and their leadership team (Sales & Education) - providing counsel and day-to-day support
- Be a thought partner on org design, team effectiveness, talent planning and leadership development for our NA Sales organization
- Support team member relations with empathy, clarity, and a solutions-oriented mindset
Team Management and Development
- Lead, coach, engage and develop a high performing team
- Lead the Global Engagement Pillar of the company's People Strategy - collaborate with HR Regional leadership (LATAM, EMEA, APAC), and People Experience Specialist on global engagement, culture and employee experience initiatives
- Lead Facility and Office Management experiences for the Global HQ Office
- Hold team accountable to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by generating and monitoring monthly reports on initiatives and quarterly insights (including global projects and initiatives). Evaluate progress against targets and provide guidance where needed.
Global Engagement & Culture
- Design and deliver innovative global engagement programs and experiences that create a unique and meaningful experience which retains top talent, aligned to our People & Culture commitment
- Lead exciting culture initiatives that align with our mission, purpose and values
- Be the heartbeat of our values - find ways to bring them to life in everything we do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure every touchpoint feels intentional and values-driven
Project Management & People Process Initiatives
- In partnership with the Head of Global People & Culture, drive the execution of People & Culture projects and processes that impact our global team - think engagement surveys, performance process, succession planning, etc.
Keep our People & Culture team moving forward by owning critical objectives and ensuring smooth implementation from idea to execution

REQUIREMENTS AND PERFERRED EXPEREINCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in People & Culture, Employee Experience, HR Business Partnership preferably in a fast paced, consumer goods global environment (if internal, experience in People Leadership and leading culture activities is required)
- Exceptional communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills - you're someone who people trust
- Experience working with sales organizations is a plus
- Experience in management or internal communications
- Passion for engagement, pulse-check platforms and insight tools
- Multi-lingual (Spanish or others) preferred.

- Ability to effectively collaborate with Senior Leaders and Executives, FP&A Partners and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Experienced in reporting and excel skills such as pivot tables, VLookUps, conditional formatting and formulas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Adaptable to change in the work environment, is a Change Agent
- Willingness to develop, is self aware and open to feedback

- Based on critical initiatives, willingness to travel
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position is subject to sedentary work; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
- This position is subject to the following physical activities: talking, hearing, and the use of hands, wrists, or fingers in repetitive motions.
- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/LOCATION/FLEX ARRANGEMENT:
- SVP Worldwide offers a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. As part of our Flexible Workplace Policy, this position will be hybrid based in our company HQ in Nashville, TN
- The worker is subject to being in front of a computer and on the phone throughout the day.
