Innovatis Group is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Sr. Marketing Associate to provide marketing support for various client communities. This role will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive client engagement and support business growth. The Sr. Marketing Associate role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who enjoys collaborating with teams and creating impactful marketing communication and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own email campaign building and execution across high volume clients
- Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across organic social with some paid media and website support.
- Prioritize quality assurance across every material executed.
- Partner with teams to develop collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure brand consistency across communications, materials, and client-facing touchpoints.
- Provide general marketing administrative support to teams as needed.
- Provide excellent internal and external support.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required
- 2-4 years of marketing work experience (internships and relevant part-time roles considered).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- HubSpot Email campaign building including execution, automation and reporting.
- Experience in client services, consulting, or professional services environment preferred.
- Experience with social media management and website platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborative or can work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Mac.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
- Ability to work directly with clients in a responsible, appropriate and service-oriented manner.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.

Additional Requirements:
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment visa sponsorship.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and able to commute to the office at least three days per week.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Physical requirements: must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed for event support.
- Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
Salary:
The base salary range for this position starts at $55k annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Hybrid Schedule (3 days in, 2 days remote) – this is not a fully remote role.
