Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Marketing professional with strong knowledge of the metal and steel industry to lead marketing activities, develop strategic market plans, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B marketing, client acquisition, and project-based sales within the construction and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for metal and steel products and services
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and suppliers
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies
• Coordinate with sales, production, and project teams to align marketing efforts
• Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, and tender support documents
• Oversee branding, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in metal, steel, fabrication, or construction industries
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, tenders, and project-based marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives and achieve targets
• Knowledge of local and regional markets is an advantage
