- Plan and execute student recruitment drives during the admission season.
- Visit schools, coaching centers, and career fairs to promote the college.
- Distribute brochures, admission forms, and promotional material to target groups.
- Counsel prospective students and parents about course offerings, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the college’s visibility.
- Ensure consistent branding in all promotional materials (print, digital, and outdoor).
- Coordinate with design teams or vendors for brochures, banners, hoardings, etc.
- Organize open houses, seminars, webinars, and campus visits.
- Manage logistics, guest invitations, promotions, and follow-ups for events.
- Assist in hosting annual fests, admission expos, or parent-teacher meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with school counselors, principals, and educational consultants.
- Liaise with alumni for testimonials, referrals, and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate with media houses for PR coverage or advertisements.
- Track admission inquiries, walk-ins, and conversions.
- Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and admission statistics.
