Position Summary

The Sr. Manager of Marketing will lead Bluu’s overall marketing strategy, brand development, and communication initiatives. This individual will oversee all marketing operations strengthen Bluu’s brand visibility, support sales growth, and drive measurable business results.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership, creativity, and data-driven decision-making skills who can translate business goals into impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
    • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
    • Lead content creation for multi-channel use—product brochures, newsletters, website content, case studies, and video campaigns.
    • Manage marketing programs that support merchant engagement and partner acquisition.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the product team to communicate new product launches, features, and updates effectively.
    • Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
    • Measure campaign performance and report KPIs to leadership with actionable insights.
    • Coordinate with creative and external agencies for advertising, media placements, and event promotions.
    • Manage corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and sponsorships to enhance brand exposure.
    • Mentor and guide junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, analytics, and lead generation.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for marketing design collaboration.
    • Experience in B2B marketing, technology, or financial services industry preferred.
    • Able to travel to attend Trade Shows.
    • Korean and English bilingual required
