Position: Sr. Marketing Manager – Events & Exhibitions Role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote events, exhibitions, and brand presence. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage campaigns across multiple channels to drive attendance, engagement, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans for exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
- Brand Promotion: Enhance brand visibility through digital, print, and experiential campaigns.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising to maximize event reach.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with sponsors, exhibitors, and media partners to strengthen event positioning.
- Content Creation: Oversee production of marketing collateral including brochures, press releases, and promotional videos.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor activities and audience insights to refine strategies.
- Budget Management: Plan and monitor marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior marketing staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in event marketing or exhibition industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
