Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and campaign management. As a Senior Marketing Specialist at ZBS POS, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote ZBS POS’s products and services. Focus on increasing brand visibility and market share.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, website, and email newsletters.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance ZBS POS’s brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Utilize analytics to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
- Reporting: Be able to present the results of marketing campaign, research and lead status to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing channels and tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Wechat and social media management platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred.
