Oversee HVAC/plumbing/fire systems execution; ensure spec/regulatory compliance.
Support testing/commissioning and integration with other trades.
Interface with contractors and supervision to resolve clashes.

Qualifications:

BME; 20+ years building services delivery; GCC codes/commissioning exposure.
