Sr. Mechanical Engineer

• Should be holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, must have minimum experience of more than 10 years design experience, out of which at least 8 years should be with a Construction company in the UAE Especially in the chiller system and district cooling
• Fully aware of UAE authorities rules & regulations in addition to international codes standards.
• Expert in designing of HVAC systems /Firefighting /drainage and water supply systems.
• Can prepare all design and technical calculations and technical reports.
• Attend and participate in design technical and progress meetings.
• Have the ability to discuss and negotiate all design issues with developers as well as authorities.
• Can work on project MEP system specifications.
• Can monitor and control site engineer activities .
• Prepare all required design documents for authorities approval .
• Familiar with Revit /BIM
• Conduct regular site visit to insure execution as per contract .
• Follow up draftsmen while working on design drawings and insure the drafting quality .
• Coordinate with all design parties (electrical /architect /structural and follow up dept...)
• Can work on value engineering reposts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
