Sr. Mechanical Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimation Engineer to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, and managing the estimation process for mechanical and MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Conduct quantity take-offs and material cost analysis
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and technical compliance
• Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions
• Analyze project scope, risks, and value engineering opportunities
• Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams during tender stage
• Maintain estimation records and tender documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in mechanical estimation within contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and MEP systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
• Strong analytical, technical, and negotiation skills
• UAE experience preferred

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
