Sr. MEP Modeler

Job Title: Sr. MEP Modeler (CAD to BIM)
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite)
Experience: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert 2D CAD drawings into accurate and detailed BIM models using Revit
• Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services and identify/resolve clashes using Navisworks
• Collaborate with project teams on international projects to meet design and documentation standards
• Develop MEP shop drawings and assist in preparing construction documentation
• Ensure models comply with project standards, guidelines, and timelines
• Participate in quality checks and model audits to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Lead coordination efforts within the MEP team and support interdisciplinary collaboration
• Provide guidance and support to junior modelers; assist in team management and task delegation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in MEP modeling
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of CAD to BIM conversion processes
• Experience in clash detection and coordination of MEP services
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience in team coordination or mentoring is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
