Sr. Odoo Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development team and implementing software solutions to meet business requirements.

Brief Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and customization of Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
• Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using Python and the Odoo framework.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues in Odoo implementations.
• Optimize database performance and manage PostgreSQL queries.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to design and implement tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Hands-on exposure to real-time Odoo projects is required.
• Must have experience in server management and server creation (Linux-based environments preferred).

Immediate joiners preferred - Notice period ( 0-15)

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Odoo development.
• Expertise in Python, XML, and Odoo’s ORM.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and QWeb for front-end customization.
• Experience in designing and developing custom Odoo modules.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on exposure to real-time Odoo projects is required.
• Work-from-home (WFH) option is available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
