Sr. Odoo ERP Administrator/ Functional Consultant (Oil & Gas Manufacturing)

We are looking for a Sr. Odoo ERP Administrator & Functional Consultant with experience in Odoo implementation in a manufacturing environment, particularly in Oil and Gas.

OGSI designs and manufactures high-quality products and metering systems for the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Generation industries. The centerpiece of this facility is the hydrocarbon flow laboratory with calibration methods that include a master meter and a small-volume prover.

The Sr. Odoo ERP Administrator & Functional Consultant will be responsible for the Group's ERP platform and will play a critical role in supporting business growth, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening governance across all Group companies.

Responsibilities:

· Support a multi-company ERP environment (OGSI, OGS UK, OGM, M&T, & future entities) & provide ERP system support for Manufacturing Operations & Production.

· Support ERP system Implementation & automation for Project Accounting & configure ERP to track expensive equipment, pipelines, and maintenance schedules.

· Implement ERP modules to group corporate functions including HR, Procurement, Finance, accounting & link field operations with finance for accurate job costing & expense tracking.

· Implement Supply Chain & Procurement software including Purchase Order approvals, setting up approved vendor lists (AVLs), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) & Joint Interest Billing (JIB).

· Implement ERP Inventory & Warehouse Management to track stock levels of spare parts across multiple sites to prevent costly downtime using ROL (Reorder Level), MRO, serial numbers, and batch tracking.

· Build a constructive ERP system for CRM & Sales to support leads’ generation, speed up pricing, track leads, generate quotations, and complex oil and gas contracts, track bids and pricing to help assess projects, track client emails, automatic replies, sales calls, and deal progress.

· Manages the software that links different business units & intercompany transactions for sales and services.

· Support Management Reporting by pulling together all the company's data and reflecting on the same through easy-to-read charts, dashboards, tables, set up alerts, & set up ERP metrics to track corporate performance KPIs.

· Assign Internal Controls, including role-based access controls, theft & fraud prevention, spending limits, budget tracking, system security, materials tracking, and flag actions in case of overspending, errors, or duplicates.

· Managing Future international rollout of Odoo, unifying the group’s operations and easing data transfers.

· Establish Functional configuration to ensure the system works with daily business rules & adjust it to match how the company buys, sells, and tracks funds.

· Manage User access through role-based access and password policies.

· Improve Workflow by setting up approval hierarchies and task routing, and perform periodic system performance assessments.

· Provide support for Financial reporting, allowing finance to generate precise reports on budgets, asset maintenance, and project profitability, and help track JIB, Assets, Tax, revenue reporting & budget vs actuals.

· Provide Month-end system support reconciling complex field tickets, equipment utilization, joint venture costs via lock periods, automated reports, generating compliance audits, and reconciling Joint Ventures (JVA).

· Support Business process documentation to organize corporate core tasks and asset tracking into the shared system.

· Organize User training to educate professionals on how to utilize ERP for serving the business to minimize discrepancies and errors and increase profitability.

· Conduct periodic ERP testing and upgrades to ensure the system tracks complex field services, asset maintenance, and financials without unplanned downtime & keep operations safe, secure & accurate.

· Coordination with external developers when technical customization is required

Experience required:

· 5+ years in Odoo ERP implementation, governance & process documentation.

· Manufacturing industry with exposure to multi-company ERP.

· User training, change management & functional consulting capabilities.

· Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects, CRM, and HR modules & overall business processes.

Experience in Odoo Studio, SQL, Python, API & Integration with third-party applications.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
