Sr. Odoo Functional Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant who can independently lead and deliver Odoo ERP projects from start to finish.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years in Odoo ERP

- Role: End-to-end Odoo implementation with full project ownership

- Modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HRMS, Manufacturing

- Skills: Strong business process understanding and excellent client communication

Skills Set

- Requirement gathering and business process mapping

- Fit–Gap analysis and solution design

- Odoo system configuration and functional customization

- Workflow, approval, and access rights configuration

- Master data setup (products, chart of accounts, taxes, users, warehouses)

- UAT planning, execution, and user training

- Go-live support and post-implementation handholding

- Functional documentation (BRD, FSD, user manuals)

Must Have

- Proven experience leading projects independently

- Strong client-facing exposure (workshops, UAT, go-live support)

- Hands-on experience with Odoo implementations
