Qualification: B.Com / MBA (Marketing)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage correspondence with buyers and provide timely updates on order status.
• Obtain necessary approvals from buyers and ensure clear communication.
• Act as a liaison between buyers and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Coordinate, negotiate, and follow up with factories and related departments.
• Ensure timely sampling and approvals in line with buyer requirements.
• Plan and monitor merchandise development as per buyer objectives.
• Conduct periodic factory visits to review product details, quality, and compliance standards.
• Procure fabrics and ensure shipments are dispatched as scheduled.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams for effective production planning.
• Maintain documentation and proper records of all activities.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
