We're Hiring: Production (Sterile) - Sr. Officer/Executive

Amros Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sr. Officer/Executive – Production (Sterile) to support sterile manufacturing operations in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Qualification:

Pharm-D / Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience in sterile production within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise sterile manufacturing activities in accordance with approved SOPs and GMP guidelines.
• Monitor production processes, line clearance, and equipment operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of batch manufacturing and production records.
• Maintain compliance and cleanliness of sterile production areas and equipment.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse departments for smooth production activities.
• Assist in validation, calibration, and qualification activities related to sterile manufacturing.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards within production areas.
• Report deviations, assist in investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor manpower allocation and ensure timely completion of production targets.

Location:Ahsanabad, SITE Area II, Karachi

Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
