Sr. Operations Executive

A reputable shipping and Logistics company is looking for qualified candidate to join our team having expertise and previous experience as a Sr. Operations Executive .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 4 + years of experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipping and logistics operations (imports/exports).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport vendors.
• Ensure timely clearance of shipments and delivery to clients.
• Track shipments and update clients regarding status and expected delivery.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain records, reports, and compliance with company and regulatory policies.
