Sr. People Science Associate
who can contribute to our research function and support us in our mission of helping all enterprises improve employee experience & engagement.
What will you be doing?

Support the Sr. People Scientis
t across survey consultations, customer launches, and ongoing success initiatives to ensure high-quality execution and insights.

Analyze and interpret Employee Experience dat
a to uncover meaningful patterns for CXOs and translate them into actionable recommendations that elevate engagement and improve people practices.

Act as a subject matter exper
t in Employee Experience and well-being, informing product solutioning and new feature design with research-backed insights
-
Translate research into clear, compelling consulting collateral
s—including written and visual presentations—that support customer conversations, business initiatives, and strategic market positioning.

Co-create data-backed thought leadershi
p, including white papers, lead magnets, and research articles grounded in deep industry analysis.

Is this you?
-
Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Data Science, or a related field with at least 1-2 year experience.

Experience in survey design; ability to assist in quickly designing and tailoring effective, appropriate survey templates within time and resource constraints.

Ability to assist in creating compelling presentations and confidently convey research insights through storytelling to technical and non-technical audiences.

Knowledge/ experience in both applied quantitative and qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups, survey design, intervention experimentation, thematic analysis)

Knowledge of multivariate statistical techniques and willingness to learn new approaches as needed.

Strong communication skills - written & verbal.

Relevant industry (non-academic) experience as a hands-on applied researcher, preferably in a product organization

Experience/ willingness to learn data tools and reporting engines (e.g. R, SQL, Tableau, business object, qlik)

Understanding of org. structures and org. design
