At the core, we’re a team of bright, creative minds capable of understanding the unique fabric of every business—be it large corporations with aggressive marketing targets or small businesses with zero digital presence.

Position Summary

Ocularity Analytics is seeking a Senior Performance Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-performance media campaigns focused on driving conversions, sales, and measurable ROI.

In this role, you’ll oversee multiple client accounts, guiding the direction of all paid media initiatives while mentoring a team of junior performance marketers. You’ll play a pivotal role in building full-funnel strategies, optimizing performance for scalability, and ensuring every campaign directly contributes to client growth and profitability.

This position is ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge of media buying with strong business acumen and a creative approach to performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Own full-funnel performance architecture — from awareness to conversion — ensuring alignment with client ROI and revenue goals.
  • Supervise and mentor junior performance managers; review campaign performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities, troubleshoot inefficiencies, and report on KPIs (CAC, MRR, ROAS, LTV).
  • Develop testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to build data-backed, conversion-driven creatives.
  • Partner with leadership to translate business objectives into performance roadmaps and scaling plans.
  • Present performance reports and insights directly to clients; communicate complex data in clear, actionable narratives.
  • Stay on top of trends in ad tech, attribution, and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail across campaign delivery, client communication, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or growth marketing, with a proven record of delivering revenue-impacting campaigns.
  • Deep platform expertise: Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (experience with programmatic or D2C funnels is a plus).
  • Strong analytical ability and familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, and attribution models.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills; able to mentor team members and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy, audience segmentation, and funnel-based optimization.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and measurable results.

Why Join Us?

  • Lead high-impact campaigns for diverse clients across D2C, luxury, real estate, and sports verticals.
  • Work closely with the CSO and leadership team on scaling strategy and performance frameworks.
  • Hybrid setup: flexibility to work remotely + collaborate at our Noida HQ.
  • A culture that values creativity, ownership, and data-driven innovation.
  • Clear growth path toward leadership roles within the Performance Division.
