Sr. Performance Marketing Manager

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will own high-scale growth budgets, starting from a minimum of $500,000 USD per month in advertising spend. This role is built for someone who has already managed serious scale and is comfortable making fast, high-impact decisions with large budgets.

You’ll manage significant budgets, scale globally, and collaborate closely with product, data, and creative teams. If you thrive in high-ownership roles and love turning experimentation into predictable growth, you’ll feel at home here.

Requirements

  • Scale Multi-Channel Growth
    Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget UA campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok (AppLovin is a plus) with a strong focus on ROAS and LTV.
  • Own Creative Strategy
    Lead creative hypotheses, write clear briefs, analyze creative-level performance, and iterate fast with designers and video teams.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships
    Work directly with Google, Meta, TikTok, and Apple account teams to unlock scale, solve complex issues, and access betas.
  • Master the Funnel
    Optimize the full acquisition journey — from ad click to onboarding, paywall, and subscription conversion.
  • Deep Data Analysis
    Use Singular / Adjust, SKAN metrics, cohorts, and LTV models to make data-driven scaling decisions.
  • Bridge Marketing & Product
    Act as the voice of users and the market, sharing insights with Product teams to improve onboarding, monetization, and retention.
  • Experiment Relentlessly
    Test new channels, bidding strategies, audiences, geos, creatives, and formats to unlock the next growth lever.

What We Look For

  • Proven UA Experience
    5+ years managing high-volume UA campaigns for mobile apps (iOS & Android).
  • Multi-Channel Expertise
    Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok (AppLovin is a strong plus).
  • Strong Technical Understanding
    Solid knowledge of SKAN, mobile attribution, and performance marketing fundamentals. Web-to-App experience is a bonus.
  • Data-Driven Mindset
    Comfortable analyzing large datasets and turning insights into clear actions.
  • Creative Thinking
    Strong creative strategy background; experience guiding teams to produce performance-driven ad creatives.
  • High-Budget Ownership

Proven experience managing $500,000+ monthly advertising budgets for mobile apps, with clear scaling and profitability results.

  • Language
    Fluent in English.
