We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead multi-channel paid media strategies and act as a strategic partner to our clients. This role requires both technical expertise in campaign execution and strong client-facing skills to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube , and other digital channels with a focus on ROI, ROAS, and CPA targets .
• Own the setup and optimization of platforms like Google Merchant Center , Meta Business Suite , and dynamic product feeds.
• Build and maintain automated, actionable dashboards using Looker Studio , GA4 , and other analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis and proactively suggest strategic optimizations based on data insights.
• Drive A/B testing , audience segmentation, bidding strategy revisions, and budget allocations to meet growth KPIs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients:
• Understand their business goals and translate them into actionable performance strategies.
• Lead regular performance review calls and reporting sessions.
• Manage expectations, handle feedback, and maintain long-term trust-based relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, tech, and business development teams to ensure seamless execution and aligned messaging.
• Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring knowledge-sharing and operational consistency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing , preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proven success in direct client management , from onboarding to performance reporting and strategic consultation.
• Strong understanding of media planning, campaign scaling, tracking infrastructure, and full-funnel digital strategy .
• Advanced skills in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio , and campaign attribution models.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex performance insights into clear business value for clients.
• Experience managing international clients and multi-market campaigns is a significant advantage.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable leading strategic conversations with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
