Sr. PHP Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Backend Developer (Laravel) to join our team You will be responsible for leading backend development efforts, ensuring high-quality code, maintaining architectural standards, and mentoring a team of developers. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about clean code, efficient systems, and team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of backend developers working on Laravel-based applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver robust features.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system efficiency.
• Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, resolve performance issues and bugs.
• Implement best practices for software development, version control (Git), and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest Laravel updates, tools, and trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Laravel backend development.
• Strong understanding of PHP, Laravel framework, MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in designing RESTful APIs and working with third-party integrations.
• Good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience in agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
