Sr. Practice Director

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Lead strategic and operational oversight of all outpatient imaging sites, modalities, and call center operations to achieve quality, patient satisfaction, productivity, and financial goals
• Manage and develop Clinical Managers and Supervisors while overseeing approximately 300 team members across outpatient operations
• Drive operational and financial performance through workflow optimization, resource utilization, data analysis, and implementation of corrective action plans
• Ensure exceptional patient, physician, and referring physician satisfaction through proactive service improvement, issue resolution, and relationship management
• Partner with physicians, technology teams, and vendor partners to advance clinical operations, imaging technology initiatives, and innovative service offerings

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or a related field with 7+ years of progressive healthcare management experience; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated success leading large teams, including performance management, coaching, employee development, succession planning, and training
• Strong operational and financial management experience with a track record of process improvement and achievement of organizational goals
• Advanced knowledge of radiology operations, imaging services, RIS/PACS systems, healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient care excellence
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $130,000 -$145,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
