The Senior Privacy Analyst is responsible for assisting with the monitoring, management, and oversight of patient privacy-related activities, including but not limited to the following:
Developing and maintaining a process to proactively monitor patient privacy across the Network.
Running and analyzing reports
Maintaining department dashboard
Conducting privacy investigations

Your exceptional skills and qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Certification or licensure in healthcare, privacy or information systems preferred

• Two-plus (2+) years of experience in healthcare or privacy required
• Demonstrated knowledge of pertinent federal and state laws related to healthcare and ability to comprehend regulatory matters
• Proven ability to function independently and exercise judgment in accordance with program goals and objectives
• Project management expertise
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis, including analyzing relevant information and preparing reports
• Team oriented and customer focused; performs at a level requiring minimal direct supervision; ability to work in a remote environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and problem solving skills
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of complex health care systems
• Knowledge of and experience in information privacy, access, and release of information laws

The role’s more privacy related than IT or Legal. Much of the work involves monitoring and reporting on patient privacy
