Sr. Procurement Engineer - Civil

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer – Civil to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities for civil construction projects, ensuring timely sourcing of materials and subcontractors while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for civil construction projects
• Review project requirements, drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms
• Coordinate with project, QS, and site teams for material requirements and delivery schedules
• Ensure timely procurement of materials in line with project timelines
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain procurement records
• Support cost control and value engineering initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in procurement within contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and UAE market suppliers
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems
• UAE experience preferred

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
